- An area is defined as a room, staircase or hallway.
- Living room and dining room combos can be counted as 2 areas.
- Large bonus rooms can be counted as 2 or more areas.
- Hallways longer than 20 feet and L-shaped hallways are considered 2 areas.
- Max 14x14 ft or 200 sq ft per room/area.
