Appointment Text Messages
When you book a cleaning online at excelcarpetcleaningwa.com/scheduling, the contact step of the booking form includes the optional checkbox below. It is unchecked by default and you can book without it. If you check it, Excel Carpet Cleaning texts you about that appointment.
As it appears on the booking form
What we send
- A confirmation when your appointment is booked
- A reminder before your visit
- A notice if your appointment is rescheduled or cancelled
- One request to review our service after your cleaning
Message frequency varies, typically 2–4 messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply. We do not send marketing texts.
