When you book online, we save the details you enter (such as the services you choose, your estimate, the time you pick, and your contact information) as you go. If your booking isn’t completed, we may call or email you once to help you finish it.
If you use the chat on our website, we keep the conversation and any contact details you give us so we can answer your questions and follow up. If you leave your email, we may email our replies to you.

If you choose to receive text messages when you book, we’ll text you about your appointment (confirmations, reminders and changes) and may send one request to review our service afterwards. Email Communications
If you sign up for our email list, you will receive cleaning tips, alerts, and promotional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.
